The Lighthouse rural-veterans ecosystem pairs the right legal form to each function — coordination, services, philanthropy, and voice — so each entity stays accountable in its own lane while the mission moves as one.

Eagle Enterprises Consortium, L3C (EEC)
Coordinates the network, aligns mission with sustainable social enterprise, and maintains accountability across the ecosystem. Houses Net-WIRCing Solutions, LLC and the M-TOC (Mobile Triage Outreach Cavalry). Delivers subscription services for individuals and organizations plus bootcamp technical assistance and training.

The 501(c)(3)-aligned community development corporation: transitional housing pathways, benefits navigation, and coordinated direct services. The main Lighthouse site is the ecosystem's flagship — home of the eight coordinated programs and the VI-PAR impact dashboard.

One journey, many doors: a veteran might hear a podcast episode (Guardian Angels), call the number, get triaged by the M-TOC (EEC), enter a housing pathway (LCDC), have the program sustained by donors (RV3) — and years later, have their story preserved on the Guardian Light Wall of Honor. That loop is the ecosystem working.
